What You’ll Be Driving:
- Leading a high-performing tech team;
- Server-side development using .NET 8, ASP.NET Core (Web API), Orleans Framework, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Kafka Connects, Elasticsearch, Docker, Kubernetes;
- Designing and maintaining distributed systems;
- Defining and evolving application architecture;
- Code reviewing and mentoring engineers, fostering continuous skill growth;
- Collaborating closely with Product, QA, and Project Managers to drive predictable delivery and product alignment;
- Improving SDLC practices and delivery predictability.

- Team development people leadership – proven experience leading and growing engineers, fostering ownership, motivation, and trust within the team;
- Delivery leadership risk management – track record of predictable delivery, proactive risk handling, and ensuring quality outcomes in Agile/Scrum environments;
- Hands-on technical expertise – strong background in the .NET ecosystem with practical experience designing and maintaining distributed, high-load systems;
- SDLC governance – commitment to engineering excellence through solid review practices, testing standards, and disciplined release management;

- Upper-Intermediate+ English and fluent Ukrainian.
