We’re looking for a creative and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team!If you love staying on top of social media trends, enjoy engaging with online communities, and have a knack for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be the perfect fit for you. In this role, you’ll help manage our social media channels while supporting the team with key administrative tasks. It’s a great opportunity for someone who’s tech-savvy, detail-oriented.
Pay rate: $18 per hour
Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Managing and maintaining all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Monitoring social media trends, news, and competitors
Staying up-to-date with social media best practices and algorithm changes
Community Engagement:
Responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Interacting with followers and building a strong online community
Administrative Tasks:
- Managing administrative tasks related to social media management
- Tracking social media metrics and generating reports
- Providing administrative support to other departments as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED from accredited school.
Prior experience in administrative roles or social media management is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with social media platforms and tools
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
