The ideal architect will be experienced across the.NET/C# ecosystem and modern front-end frameworks, able to bridge the gap between legacy VB systems and a future-ready Microsoft-based architecture.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering or consulting
- Demonstrated depth in.NET/C# full stack engineering
- Strong front-end proficiency in modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue)
- Proven ability to integrate or migrate from legacy VB or similar systems to modern Microsoft architectures
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts, design patterns, and trade-off analysis
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern engineering practices (CI/CD, microservices, APIs)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfort with ambiguity and learning through iteration
- Strong collaboration skills with sales, marketing, and delivery teams
- Ability to earn credibility quickly with clients
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
