Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering
- Strong experience building and scaling backend systems using technologies such as Python or Kotlin
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), relational databases (MySQL), and containerized environments (Kubernetes)
- Experience developing modern web applications using frameworks such as React or Vue
- Solid understanding of software design principles and ability to create scalable, maintainable architectures
- Experience working within large codebases and implementing safe, incremental changes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams
- Proven ability to take ownership, drive initiatives, and deliver results
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and learning
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
