Who You Are
We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer with experience in marketing and advertising to assist in designing, implementing, and launching courses on the Cypher Learning Management System (LMS). This role requires expertise in course development, project management, and LMS administration to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop course content related to marketing and advertising.
- Provide strategic advice on course design, structure, and delivery methods.
- Implement, configure, and launch courses on Cypher LMS, ensuring seamless user experience.
- Apply instructional design principles to create interactive and engaging course materials.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
- Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure course functionality and effectiveness.
- Analyze learner feedback and make necessary improvements to course materials.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably within marketing and advertising fields.
- Proficiency in Cypher LMS or similar learning management systems.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
Contract Details
- Part-time (estimated 20-30 hours per week, with potential for adjustment).
- 3 month long contract with possibility of extension.
- Flexible work schedule (remote).
