As the Sr. HR Generalist, you will serve as a strategic thinking partner on our Talent Support Team supporting over 500 In-Market StoryMakers. In your partnership, you will bridge human resources strategy with business objectives, driving people-focused initiatives that enhance our deliverables to our clients through employee engagement and operational excellence. To thrive in this role, you’ll leverage advanced consulting capabilities, employee relationship management, and strategic thinking to positively impact our company culture and business performance.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Strategic Partner. You’ll drive transformational people strategies by providing advanced HR consulting to our business leaders navigating complex program changes. You'll proactively partner with the Talent Support Manager to develop and implement innovative people strategies that align with evolving business objectives. You'll take initiative to conduct in-market talent assessments, bringing solution-oriented thinking to recommendations on client program design, talent management, and workforce planning.
  • Employee and Labor Relations. You’re no stranger to navigating complex employee relations matters with a solution-oriented mindset, managing investigations and conflict resolution with skill and sensitivity. You'll serve as a trusted expert advisor on employment law, compliance, and policy interpretation across all markets. You'll represent HR with advanced judgment and negotiation skills in sensitive situations. You'll proactively develop and refine HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and fairness. You'll lead progressive discipline processes with confidence and provide strategic guidance on terminations.
  • Engagement & Retention Catalyst. You'll own employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies from conception to impact. You'll proactively conduct stay and exit interviews to uncover employee motivations and concerns, then leverage those insights to drive meaningful improvements. You'll bring a solution-oriented approach to analyzing retention trends and recommending proactive interventions. You'll collaborate on career development and succession planning for high-potential talent, taking initiative to identify future leaders.
  • Learning & Capability Builder. You'll bring your self-starter energy to create impactful learning experiences design by delivering engaging training sessions and workshops on HR topics, leadership development, and compliance. You'll develop solution-oriented training programs for in-market managers on HR best practices and effective people management, anticipating needs and building proactive curriculum.
  • Risk Assessment and Strategy: You'll partner with Talent Operations to gather and analyze census information. You'll bring solution-oriented thinking to assess risk in the proposal of impacted individuals, review HR concerns, and present strategic recommendations to legal leadership on organizational change strategy.
  • Systems & Tools. You have experience with Greenhouse, Workday or similar ATS/HRIS systems.

The annual range for this role varies between $55,000- $65,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s experience. Benefits for this role include health/vision/dental insurance, 401k, employee stock purchase plan, vacation, personal days and paid holiday time. You are also eligible to participate in disability, life insurance, FSA/HSA plans subject to the terms and conditions of such benefit plans.
