We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (React/Node.js) to build the engine behind how Europe’s top companies discover and implement startup innovation.
You’ll take ownership of complex systems, work fast without breaking things, and write code that drives real business outcomes — not just sprints.

Your toolkit:
- React, TypeScript, Apollo GraphQL
- Node.js, TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Vector databases
- 5+ years of experience in building, maintaining, and shipping real applications
Berlin is preferred. Remote is possible — but we value real face time.

- Turning business needs into clean, functional code
- Working closely with product and ops to kill inefficiencies
- Writing tests, automating the boring stuff, and focusing on the impactful
- Measuring what you ship — and learning from how it performs
