Job Description:
Solutions & Insights Consultant
ABOUT US
THE GLADSTONE WAY
It’s not WHAT we do; it’s WHY we do it!
At Gladstone, our purpose is simple: to make the UK fitter and healthier. We achieve this by delivering innovative and transformative technology solutions for the health and leisure industry, enabling them to support more customers to be more active, more often.
Great People
This philosophy would not be possible without a team of great people. We’re constantly looking for the best talent to join Gladstone but, just as importantly, we champion growth from within. We create an environment for individuals to challenge themselves, seize opportunities, and develop beyond what they may have thought possible.
We invest in our talent as the future leaders of our business and industry. We’re big enough to make a huge impact in the market but small enough to foster collaboration, experimentation, and innovation. We prioritise initiatives that simplify work for our customers and drive commercial success for our organisation.
Constantly Challenging
We are the thought leader for the market—challenging norms and perceptions to remain at, and often define, the cutting edge of technology within the industry. We pride ourselves on being innovative with our software and solutions, driving industry change.
Win-Win
We take a solutions- and service-focused approach, helping our customers achieve their goals. Whether it's growing revenues, introducing seamless processes, reducing overheads, or driving participation, our customers achieve their business outcomes while we remain a key strategic partner.
POSITION:
As part of Gladstone Consultancy Services (GCS), the Solutions & AI Consultant role builds on the proven foundation of our Solutions Consultant team.
The role will combine classic consultancy skills — onboarding, configuration, training, optimisation, and adoption — with growing responsibilities in data and insights (SQL, BI, data storytelling) and AI literacy. You’ll be expected to develop the ability to show customers how to use their data more effectively and how to adopt AI-enabled services in a safe and practical way.
This is not a senior strategy role. We don’t expect the finished article, but we are looking for someone with the right mindset: a great communicator, curious and customer-focused, who enjoys working with customers on a day-to-day basis and can adapt their communication style for everyone from front-line staff to senior executives. With the right support and ideally a background in leisure, this role will grow into a well-rounded consultancy position that is future-proofed for Gladstone’s roadmap.
