What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll shape how our team and clients experience the
ghSMART Leadership Intelligence Platform. You’ll design and lead learning experiences, ensure users feel confident navigating the platform, and maintain resources that make complex concepts easy to understand. You’ll serve as a bridge between users and our product teams; spotting opportunities to simplify, clarify, and strengthen how we teach and communicate platform capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in the ghSMART Leadership Intelligence Platform, staying updated on new features and enhancements.
- Own, update, and improve the platform’s documentation, ensuring clarity, usability, and alignment with product developments.
- Convert product release notes into user‑facing documentation or short training videos for each release.
- Deliver weekly training sessions for internal users and run engaging onboarding programs for new hires.
- Establish and host weekly office hours to support internal users and address platform questions.
- Deliver training sessions for clients, tailoring content to their needs and partnering with the Customer Success Manager to ensure high satisfaction.
- Gather and analyze user and client feedback to continually improve training content and user experience.
- Collaborate regularly with product and engineering teams to ensure accuracy of training materials and share insights from the field.
You Bring
- 3+ years of experience delivering technical or software training to internal teams, customers, or both.
- Strong comfort communicating with groups and presenting content in a clear, engaging manner.
- Ability to learn software platforms quickly and translate technical concepts into user‑friendly guidance.
- Experience creating or managing documentation, support guides, or learning resources.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to run structured programs (onboarding, recurring training, office hours).
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to work cross‑functionally with customer success, product, and engineering teams.
- A customer‑centric, people‑first approach to training and supporting users.

Compensation
Certain US jurisdictions require
ghSMART to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. We are built on a culture of freedom and flexibility, we operate fully remotely, and our team members balance deeply energizing, high intensity work, with flexible schedules to support life outside of work. Our compensation model reflects these values. Compensation for this role in the United States includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution, and a comprehensive benefits package. You should reasonably expect a base salary of $85,000 - $90,000. In addition, we offer an annual discretionary performance bonus.
