Requirements
- Proven experience in service contracts administration and/or invoicing operations
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and critical-thinking skills with a data-driven approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Experience with CRM systems, SAP, and customer or sales operations processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working in a matrix organisation
