Partnerships Manager

As our Partnership Manager, you'll lead your own portfolio of partnerships independently while contributing to some of our most strategic accounts, sitting at the intersection of science, commercial impact, and human connection. You'll develop a genuine understanding of your partners' goals - spotting the moments where Genomics can offer more, and shaping those conversations with sensitivity and scientific credibility.

Requirements

• PhD or MSc in genetics, genomics, or a related life science
• Client-facing experience in life sciences, biotech, or healthcare
• Strong scientific foundation and ability to hold own in conversation with stakeholders
• Natural organiser with real ownership of work and ability to keep budgets, timelines, and stakeholders aligned
• Notice opportunities others might miss and shape conversations thoughtfully
• Thrives in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments and brings warmth and clarity to every team
