Promin agency is searching for a Junior PPC Specialist (Google Ads) who is ambitious, innovative, and passionate about creating meaningful campaigns that achieve tangible success. Key responsibilities:
- Creation, management, and optimization of advertising campaigns in Google Ads.
- Planning and executing paid advertising campaigns that support our growth initiatives while adhering to budget requirements.
- Managing and overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets across paid marketing channels, including paid search, display ads, and YouTube.
- Testing new channels and technologies.
- Understanding and utilizing Google Analytics for tracking and reporting (with integration and visualization setup using PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker Studio).
- Analyzing, measuring, and reporting on all campaigns, developing a clear POV on insights, next steps, and potential optimizations.
- Monitoring and tracking key metrics across all channels, including budget pacing, LTV, CAC, ROMI/ROAS, and ROI/ROR.
- Ensuring maximum efficiency of spending through continuous campaign optimization based on learnings from multiple A/B tests for creatives, goals, UX improvements on landing pages, and other strategies.
- Collaborating with copywriters and designers to create/approve ad creatives.
From you:
- At least 1 year of experience with Google Ads.
- Strong proficiency in Search campaigns with proven cases of improving.
- Data-driven approach with knowledge of key performance metrics (CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, CPI, CPT, CPL, ROAS/POAS, CAC, LTV, ROMI/ROI/ROR).
- And you know how to improve QS & AdRank in Google Ads — not just in theory but in practice. :)
- Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / DAX / SQL, with a solid understanding of funnel analytics and A/B testing.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Resilience to stress, ability to handle challenging situations/clients, and skills in addressing objections.
- High literacy, ability to clearly articulate thoughts both verbally and in writing.
