Test Lead

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Test Lead will be responsible for leading testing efforts, ensuring the quality and reliability of our SalesForce implementations, and validating the seamless integration with Oracle Systems. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

·Test Planning & Strategy:

• Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for SalesForce CPQ implementations and integrations with Oracle.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define testing requirements, objectives, and timelines.

·Test Execution:

• Lead the execution of test cases, scenarios, and scripts to validate SalesForce CPQ functionality.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability of SalesForce applications after enhancements or changes.
• Perform end-to-end testing to verify the seamless integration between SalesForce and Oracle systems.

·Defect Management:

oIdentify, track, and prioritize defects found during testing phases.

oWork closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

oImplement effective solutions to prevent recurrence of identified defects.

·Test Automation:

oIdentify, track, and prioritize defects found during testing phases.

·Documentation & Reporting:

oDocument test plans, test cases, and test results thoroughly.

oGenerate test reports and metrics to communicate testing progress and outcomes to project stakeholders.

·Team Leadership & Collaboration:

Requirements

·Candidate must have proven experience as a Test Lead or Senior QA Engineer in SalesForce CPQ projects.

·In-depth knowledge of SalesForce platform, with a focus on Sales Cloud, CPQ, and integration capabilities.

·Hands-on experience with SalesForce and Oracle integration projects is highly desirable.

·Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or equivalent.

·Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

·Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

·Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

·SalesForce certifications (e.g., SalesForce Certified Administrator, SalesForce Certified CPQ Specialist) are a plus.
