QA Tester

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a detail-orientedQA Testerto join our team. This role is ideal for entry to mid-level professionals who are passionate about ensuring software quality and delivering a seamless user experience. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to test applications and identify issues before release.

Key Responsibilities

• Executemanual and/or automated test casesto validate software functionality
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Participate intest planning, test case creation, and test execution
• Performregression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Ensure applications meetquality standards and business requirements
• Assist in maintaining test documentation and reports
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–5 years of experiencein software testing or QA
• Understanding ofsoftware testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC
• Experience withbug tracking tools(e.g., JIRA)
• Basic knowledge ofmanual testing techniques
• Familiarity withweb and/or mobile application testing
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Salesforce QA experience is a big plus.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure totest automation tools(Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
• Basic knowledge ofSQL for data validation
• Familiarity withAPI testing tools(Postman, Rest Assured)
• Understanding ofAgile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with version control tools (Git)
