United States onlyWe are seeking a Project Manager – HR & Payroll ERP to join our team supporting the Los Alamos National Laboratory. The role will lead day-to-day execution of HR and Payroll workstreams within a large ERP program and coordinate across HR/Payroll SMEs, functional leads, IT teams, and vendors to drive deliverable completion and adoption readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 15+ years of relevant experience
- Citizenship: United States (U.S.) citizen
- Government issued clearance (if needed)
- Proven experience leading HR and Payroll workstreams in large-scale ERP implementations (SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of HR/Payroll processes, compliance, and controls
