The Role:The North America Channel Sales Manager, OEM & Integrators is responsible for developing customers, closing orders and bringing the overall strategy for the assigned customers. This position will be responsible for the successful development of customer relationships through direct customer engagement with key OEM & Integrators.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Channel Sales Manager, OEM & Integrators you will:
Accountable for meeting quarterly and annual operational plan order targets (orders, down payment and margin) for the OEM & Integrators sales channels.
Developing new accounts and develop strategic account plans for top OEM & Integrators
Identify the ‘untapped’ customer base to ensure regular direct customer to build the required customer relationship
Coordinate with the respective quoting and business teams to structure winning proposals
Single point of customer contact to address customer commercial and technical requirements, including technical presentation to all levels of the customer organization
Interface with the various internal stakeholders to ensure a coordinated and compliant sales process (including pacing, booking and handover as required)
Participate in the overall commercial process rhythm
Timely maintain and provide accurate SFDC opportunity records
Engage with regional ITO / OTR teams in order to address customer challenges raised during customer engagements
Link the regional pipeline with the global fulfillment teams in order to achieve short- to mid-term orders targets
Required qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or a similar field from an accredited school
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, commercial operations, risk or marketing
Ability to travel 30% - 50% of the time
Desired qualifications:
5 years in Sales experience selling Medium Voltage motors to OEMs
Experience selling or working with customers on Medium voltage drive / system solutions
Native or bilingual proficiency in Portuguese
Demonstrated inclusive behavior with success in leading or working in a matrix organization
Demonstrated clear thinking with effective communication at all levels
Strong influencing skills
Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a successful sales growth track record
Relevant IT knowledge
