  • Work closely with the Systems Engineer and Program Manager to ensure successful execution of modeling, analysis, and testing development for programs.
  • Manage structural technical requirements and assist the program Systems Engineer in their requirements traceability, decomposition, derivation, and verification & validation.
  • Verify/validate structural design of containment features such as housing and fasteners that are of sheet metal, billet metals, and composite materials.
  • Allocate and decompose high-level requirements into lower-level specifications to internal functional groups, components, and suppliers as applicable for structural requirements.
  • Using structural analysis artifacts, provide design recommendations to the design and systems engineers to best be compliant to customer and system requirements while optimizing for SWaPC.
  • Researching and recommending investments or changes in technology, methodology, toolsets, procedures, equipment, systems, etc. to continually improve the discipline health and the Intergalactic’s products and services.
  • Communicate and collaborate with customers and suppliers as part of design development process.
