• About the Role
Are you a digital marketing pro who thrives on driving performance and delivering measurable results? At LocaliQ, we’re looking for an Optimization Strategist to lead the charge in crafting and executing high-impact SEM and SEO strategies that help local businesses grow.
In this role, you’ll manage paid and organic search campaigns, optimize content and site structure, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with client goals. If you’re analytical, creative, and passionate about search marketing, we want to hear from you.
• What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute integrated SEM and SEO strategies to drive traffic and conversions
• Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page/off-page SEO, and manage PPC campaigns
• Analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve results
• Collaborate with Account Management and Sales to align on client KPIs and strategy
• Stay ahead of search engine trends and continuously test new ideas
• Partner with developers to enhance UX and search visibility
• What You Bring
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (SEM/SEO)
• 2+ years of experience with Google Analytics and campaign reporting
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and PPC platforms
• Advanced Excel skills and a data-first mindset
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Google Analytics Certification (required)

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $40,000and $60,000. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
