Senior Web UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Web UI/UX Designer to craft visually engaging, intuitive, and user-centered digital experiences across a variety of interactive projects.

This is a great opportunity to combine creativity and usability while working closely with developers, content creators, and other creative professionals on global initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality designs through research, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Develop responsive layouts optimized for various devices.
• Ensure design consistency with brand identity and visual guidelines.
• Build and maintain reusable design systems and component libraries.
• Continuously improve usability and visual quality based on feedback and data insights.
• Design digital assets such as banners, hero visuals, icons, and illustrations.
• Work closely with developers, project managers, and content teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
• Translate creative briefs into intuitive, impactful design concepts.
• Support developers during implementation and ensure design accuracy in final delivery.
• Adapt and localize designs for different regions and audiences when required.
• Follow accessibility and usability best practices.
• Contribute to improving design workflows, templates, and review processes.
• Stay up to date with new design tools, technologies, and industry trends.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer (experience in creative or interactive industries is a plus).
• Degree or diploma in Web/Multimedia Design, Creative Arts, IT, or a related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong expertise in web and digital design.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD);
• Strong understanding of responsive and cross-platform design principles.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus.
• Creative mindset with strong visual sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative, open-minded, and proactive approach.
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Receptive to feedback and dedicated to continuous improvement.
