Your role in our mission
- Responsible to create and maintain professional relationships within the medical provider community.
- Seeks resolution to issues reported; Educate, investigate, respond, and document inquiries from the provider community and State partners within response time standards.
- Actively promote communication with medical partners in outreach efforts
- Develop, maintain, and deliver education materials to providers, Associations, internal and contract management staff in group and individual settings.
- Provides training in several venues: one on one, large provider group sessions, virtual meetings via TEAMS or Skype, community workshops and large presentation conferences.
- Understands the business of the client and related market dynamics; applies knowledge to ensure best practice procedures and continuous process improvement. Identifies issues and reviews, recommends, and implements modifications to procedures and workflow as necessary to ensure efficient and effective processing of transactions.
- Ability to perform within defined quality/metrics goals to achieve service level agreements.
What we're looking for
- Six or more years of experience with business process service delivery and improvement, preferably in an outsourcing environment
- Experience working with client company industry and/or functional area
- Experience working with business solutions software
- Experience developing and delivering training in large in-person and remote technology mediums.
- Proven experience with issue resolution focused on claims research, provider enrollment, requirement compliance, and customer service.
What you should expect in this role
- Remote position but candidate must be physically located or within proximity to Region 5 Twin Falls, Idaho – Blaine, Camas, Cassia, Gooding, Jerome, Lincoln, Minidoka, and Twin Falls counties.
- Performs site visits to the provider's office by the service level agreement.
- Performs provider visits remotely via Teams meetings.
- Travel required to present and participate at various Healthcare conferences, town halls, training venues, and team onsite meetings at the Boise Office.
The pay range for this position is $40,900.00 - $58,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
