Designs, creates, and maintains IWS batch jobs and job schedules in support of multiple clients to ensure completion and timely production of work. Optimizes schedule efficiency, flexibility and resiliency in accordance with business requirements documented in run books.
Requirements
- Four-year college or university with major coursework in computer science, management information systems, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years' work experience with IBM Workload Scheduler in large and complex environments
- Experience with UNIX/Linux System Administration
- Experience with Windows System Administration
- Minimum 7 years' work experience with workload designer and job scheduling functions
- Familiarity with Progress MFT MOVEit File Transfer and Progress MFT MOVEit Automation functions
- Scripting skills for UNIX/Linux servers (i.e., bash, Python, or other common scripting languages)
- Scripting skills for Windows servers (i.e., PowerShell, VBScript, or other common scripting languages)
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
