Lead QA Automation Engineer

Lead QA Automation Engineer to lead and mentor QA team, design and implement effective testing strategies, and perform hands-on manual and automated testing. Opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing fintech company.

Requirements

• At least 6+ years of experience in software testing, including at least 4 years of hands-on experience in test automation (Python)
• Leadership skills with a proven ability to guide, mentor, and motivate the QA Team to achieve high levels of performance and productivity
• Hands-on experience in payments/B2B testing
• Strong hands-on skills in manual testing and working with complex business logic
• Strong experience in performance and load testing
• Solid knowledge of the Kibana system, Postman, and API testing
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Allure reporting)
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Good communication skills in English and russian
