Future Caucus

Future Caucus is a national, nonpartisan 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to activating the next generation of elected leaders to bridge the partisan divide and transform American politics. Founded in 2013 as the Millennial Action Project and rebranded in 2023, the organization works directly with the nation's leading young policymakers at both the federal and state level to build coalitions on future-oriented challenges.

The organization operates the nation's first and only caucus for young members of Congress - the Congressional Future Caucus - and has scaled this model into 36 state legislatures. Future Caucus provides resources, networking opportunities, and capacity-building programs that enable Gen Z and millennial legislators to forge productive partnerships on critical national issues. Members demonstrate measurable effectiveness, being 24% more successful at advancing legislation compared to their peers, passing nearly 2,700 bills in 2025 alone. The organization's Innovation Lab serves as a hub for policy education and bridge-building, offering unique professional development opportunities for young lawmakers committed to collaborative governance.
