Position Overview
We are seeking aFull Stack Developerto lead the design, development, and optimization of internal and external software solutions that power Fusion’s operations and marketing automation systems.This individual will manage and collaborate with a team of both internal and contract developers, and report directly to the COO.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of full-stack applications used by internal teams and clients.
Oversee development across platforms including Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Vibe Coding tools (Cursor,Replitetc), and agentic automation frameworks (N8N,LangChain,AutoGen,CrewAI).
Translate business needs from leadership into technical specifications and efficient product builds.
Maintain clean, scalable, well-documented code across front-end and back-end systems.
Establish best practices and development standards for a small, cross-functional team.
Collaborate closely with the COO to align development priorities with company strategy.
Integrate third-party APIs and tools where necessary and ensure data consistency and security.
Qualifications
8+ years of professional software development experience, with strong full-stack capabilities.
Deepproficiencyin both front-end (e.g., React, Vue, HTML/CSS/JS) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, or equivalent).
Proven leadership experience, including management of developers or engineering teams.
Experience building or integrating with marketing automation systems or CRMs (Zoho strongly preferred).
Strong understanding of data flow, permissions, and user experience in SaaS environments.
Experience working with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Zoho Creator, N8N)
Familiarity with real estate technology or marketing platforms is a plus.
Excellent organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented and highly accountable.
Comfortable in a full-time remote environment with direct alignment to executive leadership.
Note:This is a full-time role. Applicants must be fully dedicated to Fusion Growth Partners and not concurrently engaged in other freelance, part-time, or consulting work. Core working hours are based onPacific Time (PT), and candidates must be consistently available and online during these hours.We are open to offshore candidates.
