The ideal candidate will be a strategic individual contributor who can design and execute comprehensive 90-day onboarding programs and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and strategic advisor to leadership.
Requirements
- Full-cycle execution experience across all departments (Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Ops)
- Experience in talent branding, social media management, and interview stage revamping
- Hiring manager partnership and coaching experience
- ATS and systems optimization experience
- Data-driven strategy experience, including tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key metrics
