ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Category Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing initiatives across supplement, wellness, and personal care categories.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with category managers to build out target categories and seek out key brand partners that enhance our product assortment and strategic positioning. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating supplier relationships, optimizing partnership structures, and onboarding new brands that support key category-level strategies.
This role is critical to balancing practitioner and patient loyalty, product quality, and commercial performance while shaping our long-term sourcing roadmap.

What You'll Do:

  • Supplier Sourcing & Relationship Management:
  • Partner with the category team to identify, evaluate, and secure new supplier partnerships that align with our product strategy, quality standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Negotiate exclusives offerings and promotional campaign support to enhance commercial performance
  • Lead the supplier onboarding process end-to-end, including:
  • Initial due diligence (e.g., quality documentation, regulatory review, and financial viability)
  • Contract negotiation and terms alignment
  • System and operational setup (product data, logistics coordination, integrations, etc.)
  • Cross-functional collaboration with compliance, supply chain, and Partner Mgmt teams to ensure a seamless launch.

  • Cost Optimization & Value Creation
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and rebates to ensure competitive cost structures.
  • Work cross-functionally to identify cost-saving initiatives and supply efficiencies.

  • Data & Performance Analysis:
  • Track supplier KPIs including sales, margins, availability, and lifecycle performance.
  • Use data to influence assortment decisions, promotions, and supplier transitions.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and/or category management (preferably in supplements, consumer goods, or healthcare).
  • Strong supplier negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep analytical and financial acumen; proficiency in Excel and/or BI tools.
  • Experience with ERP or procurement systems (e.g., NetSuite, Coupa) a plus.
  • Passion for integrative or holistic health is a bonus.
  • Self-starter energy and strong collaboration skills

Fullscript's journey began in 2011, born from a desire to simplify and improve how healthcare practitioners provide, and patients receive, nutritional supplements. Dr. Alanna Dyment, a naturopathic doctor, found herself wrestling with the complexities and costs of managing a physical supplement dispensary in her own clinic. This merger, creating Natural Partners Fullscript (NPFS), combined Fullscript's software engineering prowess with Natural Partners' extensive distribution network and product catalog. The goal was to create a more efficient, effective, and innovative solution for the integrative healthcare market. Later, the company rebranded to simply Fullscript. Over the years, Fullscript continued to expand its offerings and reach. The platform evolved to include features like personalized treatment planning, wellness protocols, data insights, and patient adherence tools. Fullscript also focused on strategic acquisitions, such as Emerson Ecologics in 2022 and Rupa Health in 2024, further solidifying its market position and expanding its capabilities to include lab ordering and management. These moves have propelled Fullscript to become a leading healthcare platform, supporting over 100,000 practitioners and 10 million patients across North America, with a mission to power whole-person care.
