THE ROLE
As the Email Marketing Specialist, you'll be a key driver in developing and executing email strategies for multiple brands. You’ll take full ownership of the email marketing process—from crafting engaging campaigns to performance analysis and continuous optimization.
This role can be full-time or part-time, depending on your availability and experience. What matters most is your accountability, presence in communication, and unwavering work ethic and standards. These are non-negotiable expectations for being successful in this role and team.
This is a hands-on position where you’ll manage email marketing campaigns that deliver personalized, results-oriented experiences for a diverse global audience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive results through data-driven strategies, setting clear KPIs and guiding the team to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI.
Develop and execute compelling email marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
Manage and segment email lists for accurate targeting, performance, and growth.
Craft engaging content using AI tools and collaborate with the design team for visually compelling campaigns.
Oversee the email marketing calendar to ensure timely execution aligned with business goals.
Continuously optimize deliverability and conversion rates via testing and Klaviyo automations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
3+ years of hands-on email marketing experience (preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing).
Advanced proficiency in Klaviyo: segmentation, automation workflows, and A/B testing.
Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret key metrics and pivot strategies based on insights.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for persuasive, on-brand copy tailored to varied customer personas.
High standards in personal accountability, communication, and work ethic.

FIXED SERVICE FEE

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
❕This role is 100% remote.
At Foxelli Group, we primarily operate in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2 and UTC+3. We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
For full-time roles, we expect hires to be available during at least 5 hours of typical working hours in the EET time zone to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
This requirement does not apply to part-time roles.
