The Specialist will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of pre-apprenticeship and work-based learning initiatives.
Requirements
- Project Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement
- Program Development and Management
- Project Tracking, Reporting, and Compliance
- Excellent project management, group facilitation, and technical skills
- Demonstrated ability to research, analyze, synthesize, and communicate complex topics
- Ability to work remotely and navigate various technology platforms
- Relevant BA/BS, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Excel required
- Minimum of three (3)+ years of related work experience in workforce development, or apprenticeship/pre-apprenticeship
- Minimum of two (2)+ years of education or non-profit environment
