Requirements
- 3 years of supervisory experience in the conveyor systems industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of power transmission equipment, steel fabrication, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to read, understand, and apply customer specifications
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and co-workers
- Organize and prioritize tasks in an effective and timely manner
- Ability to travel 9 months to 3 years at a time
