FNTIO is seeking a Senior AI Systems Engineer (AWS) to work on enterprise projects, designing highly available AWS architectures and implementing them with AI-supported IaC, mentoring other engineers, and taking responsibility for results.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience with AWS and cloud architectures
AWS Professional Certification or comparable
Experience with at least one AI CLI tool (Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI)
Solid knowledge in IaC (Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation)
Security awareness for enterprise requirements
Ability to communicate complex technical relationships clearly
Fluent in German and English
