Lead end-to-end execution of all data center construction projects, including direct site mobilization, earthworks, structural steel, envelope, MV/LV powertrains, liquid-cooling and immersion-cooling systems, white-space fit-out and fiber deployment through practical completion and “power-on”.
Manage all CSA and MEP contractors, enforcing safety, schedule, and budget requirements.
Align construction deliverables with hardware density and thermal requirements.
Oversee quality control and site inspection processes across multiple builds.
Coordinate closely with design, operations, and deployment engineering to ensure smooth handoffs.
Mitigate construction risks, anticipate challenges, and implement rapid-response strategies.
