Requirements
- 4+ years related work experience in Healthcare/Health insurance environment
- Healthcare industry experience with a solid understanding of claims, data analysis, enrollment, and provider operations
- Experience with analytics and inferential statistics
- Experience writing SQL or SAS code or related code
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to manage tasks independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and meet deadlines
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating complex information to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to design and deliver presentations that demonstrate the value of products and solutions
- Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience
