Requirements
- 5+ years of customer-facing leadership experience
- 3+ years directly managing Enterprise-level Customer Success teams
- Proven success in managing complex, strategic accounts
- Strong coach with the ability to up-level experienced CSMs
- Deep understanding of Customer Success best practices
- Skilled communicator and relationship builder
- High emotional intelligence
- Strong analytical skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
