MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules.
- Expertise in Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Order Management, Logistics, Product Lifecycle Management, and Procurement.
- Strong understanding of roll-to-roll manufacturing processes and ERP integration.
- Experience in creating functional documentation and leading testing cycles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Oracle SCM Cloud certification.
- Experience with advanced planning and scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with OTBI, BI Publisher, and FBDI templates.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the functional expert for Oracle SCM modules including Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Order Management, Logistics, Product Lifecycle Management, and Procurement.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to design scalable solutions aligned with roll-to-roll manufacturing processes.
- Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion SCM modules to support production planning, inventory control, and procurement workflows.
- Develop and document current and future state process flows for supply chain and manufacturing operations.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend system enhancements or customizations.
- Create functional specifications, test plans, and user training materials.
- Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SCM modules.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration (FBDI), and reporting (OTBI/BI Publisher).
- Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Other duties consistent with the general nature and focus of the position and/or the goals and objectives of the department may be assigned.

At Flexcon, we offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes base salary, healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision), life and disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, wellness programs, and tuition assistance. Based on region, the expected salary range for this position is $78,704.21 - $131,173.68 per year.
The posted salary range reflects a national pay scale and is intended to provide a general idea of compensation across different geographic regions. Actual compensation may vary depending on location, experience, and other job-related factors. We take regional market differences into consideration to ensure fair and competitive pay in each area.
