Fleet Response is a specialized auto Third Party Administrator (TPA) providing comprehensive fleet management services including claims management, accident management, driver safety training, subrogation, and other high-value solutions. Founded in 1986 by Ron Mawaka, Sr. in Cleveland, Ohio, the company began as Rental Concepts Inc. (RCI) focused on managing temporary business rentals before evolving to meet client needs.

The organization expanded in 1997 to include accident and maintenance management programs under Integrated Vehicle Systems (IVS), and in 2003, RCI and IVS combined to create Fleet Response as one unified company offering comprehensive custom fleet services. A full safety program was added in 2005, followed by the launch of FleetSuite® in 2012 - a proprietary online tool providing real-time access to claims, maintenance, and safety data. Built from an insurance background with deep expertise in fleet risk management, Fleet Response helps companies with self-insured fleets reduce accidents, constrain vehicle repair costs, get vehicles back in service faster, and maximize reimbursement through subrogation.
