Flagright is hiring a Social & Distribution Lead to drive our global marketing efforts and scale our distribution and social strategy. This role is both strategic and analytical, requiring strong editorial judgment and a data-driven mindset.
Requirements
- Own the distribution engine for company content
- Build and run the founder/executive publishing rhythm on LinkedIn and other relevant channels
- Turn one strong long-form asset into multiple high quality distribution units
- Manage company monthly newsletters
- Support field and ABM by amplifying event narratives before and after executive programs, conferences, and report
- Track social assisted traffic, engaged accounts, executive publishing cadence, and distribution efficiency
- Ideate and improve company's community engagement
- Build a lightweight employee-advocacy motion once the base system is working
