About the Role
Impact you will make
The Technical Remote Product Support Specialist is responsible and accountable for successfully ensuring data integrity by implementing quality assurance practices, gathering and entering missing data, and resolving any anomalies during an install of FinThrive solutions. Responsibilities include understanding and analysis of facilities' claim, payment, adjustment, detailed charges, charge description master, and other data - Identifying where facilities' data meets requirements and where and why it does not.
What you will do
Create queries and reports by linking data from multiple sources, using Excel, SQL, and other tools
Gather and analyze relevant data, identify data elements and functionality to support the business requirements
Perform data analysis, profiling, discovery, assessment and validation
Ownership of multiple projects to ensure the successful and timely onboarding of Finthrive Solutions
Ensure the successful completion of quality product and solution implementation utilizing strong technical and analytical skills
Ensure data integrity by implementing quality assurance practices, gathering and entering missing data, and resolving any anomalies.
Lead conversations with internal groups in all data aspects of new facility implementation
Work across teams to set up new facilities into the production environment
Work with customer contacts to coordinate the receipt and import of historical and on-going daily data into the database
Participate in status meetings and status reporting
Work closely with Project Managers and other project team resources
What you will bring
Minimum 4+ years of experience in a software/technology implementation environment
Ability to work successfully in a remote environment
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently in a face-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent understanding of SQL for data querying, analysis, and script development
Strong understanding of relational DB structures – ability to learn the structure of a relational DB and in turn leverage the data as a business tool
Moderate experience or coursework in software development – understand programming concepts, ability to understand the logic of a computer program
Travel required: minimal
What we would like to see
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related field
Project management experience
Salesforce.com experience
Any Six Sigma (Lean) certification
Experience interfacing solutions with Patient Accounting Systems such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, McKesson, CPSI, Eclipsys, GE/IDX, and NextGen
Experience with data onboarding or healthcare data
