The Service Delivery Officer will be responsible for improving the quality and accessibility of integrated vital interventions within provincial health facilities. This role will focus on providing targeted clinical mentorship and direct support to service providers to ensure effective integration of the Malaria, Maternal and Neonatal Health (MNCH), and Nutrition packages.
Requirements
- University degree (BSc or higher) in Medicine (MD), Nursing, Public Health, or equivalent clinical field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience in DRC, including at least 2 years in clinical mentorship or supervision of donor-funded programs (USG preferred).
- Strong expertise in maternal and child health services, malaria management, or nutrition. Practical experience with SONU, IMCI, or clinical supply chain management is mandatory.
- Ability to train, supervise, and motivate healthcare workers. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent French. Knowledge of local languages is an asset.
