As the FP&A Manager, you will help shape the company's financial direction and partner across departments to drive growth, improve decision-making, and ensure every strategic initiative is grounded in data-driven insight.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in FP&A, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA, CPA or advanced degree or certification a plus
- Proven experience partnering with commercial or operational teams to translate financial insights into business outcomes
- Advanced Excel (and google sheets) and modeling skills; direct experience building an analytics platform and with BI or analytics tools required
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills
