Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related roles
- Native-level Spanish and Professional English proficiency
- Deep Cultural Fluency: Ability to understand and apply slang, idioms, and local contexts across different Central American countries
- Organizational Mastery: A proven track record of meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Google Suite and a deep understanding of Social Media platforms and creator ecosystems
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data and performance metrics to report on campaign success
