Requirements
- Manage the company’s licensing efforts across gaming and prediction markets jurisdictions
- Lead licensing strategy and execution for launches of new products and new jurisdictions
- Review regulations regularly and ensure team members are up to date on requirements
- Hire, train, and manage licensing and compliance professionals
- Identify and onboard third-party technology providers, regulatory vendors, and outside counsel
- Design, implement, and scale licensing-related components of the company’s compliance program
- Serve as the primary point of contact with state gaming regulators, federal regulators, and self-regulatory organizations
- Advise cross-functional stakeholders on licensing implications related to product launches, corporate changes, and organizational growth
- Oversee teams handling high-volume employee licensing and vendor management workflows
- Act as a licensing subject-matter expert in support of strategic initiatives and executive decision-making
