Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead testing activities for multiple concurrent projects in an Agile environment
- Own the QA strategy, including test planning, risk mitigation, and integrated test execution
- Coordinate cross-functional testing efforts and ensure full end-to-end coverage
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, scrum teams, and leadership to ensure alignment
- Prepare quality assurance metrics, publish status reports, and escalate risks proactively
- Drive automation strategy and ensure adoption of QA tools and processes
- Coach, mentor, and provide training to QA team members and IT/business users
- Act as SME in test management tools, including setup and admin responsibilities
- Promote best practices and QA solutions across the organization
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 10+ years of professional QA and testing experience
- 5+ years of experience leading QA teams across complex enterprise environments
- Strong background in testing ERP systems and packaged applications
- Experience testing APIs, web services, and custom-developed software
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, or Xray
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a warm, flexible, and people-first company culture
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in manufacturing environments
- Hands-on knowledge of Agile methodologies and test automation frameworks
- Previous experience leading testing for enterprise-scale ERP projects
Education & Certifications You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
