Administrador(a) de Sistemas SaaS Pleno

We are looking for a SaaS Systems Administrator to take full ownership of key internal tools used across the business, with a strong focus on Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
This role is ideal for someone with a solid IT / Operations background, who thrives in autonomous environments, enjoys bringing structure to ambiguous contexts, and is passionate about delivering an excellent experience to internal users.

🛠️ Your key responsibilities

• Act as the primary owner of Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace environments
• Administer configurations, permissions, access, and integrations across these tools
• Provide proactive, high-quality support to internal users across multiple business units
• Establish and improve processes, standards, and best practices for tool usage
• Identify gaps, issues, and improvement opportunities, acting proactively to resolve them
• Create and maintain clear documentation, guidelines, and usage policies
• Collaborate closely with business teams to understand needs and translate them into scalable solutions
• Ensure reliability, organization, and governance of all managed systems

🎯 What we expect from you

• Proven experience as a Jira Administrator
• Proven experience as a Google Workspace Administrator
• Hands-on experience with Confluence
• Strong background in IT, Operations, or SaaS Systems Administration
• Ability to work with high autonomy and take full ownership of systems
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users
• A proactive, organized, and customer-focused mindset

⭐ Nice to have

• Experience acting as a systems or tools owner in scaling companies
• Passion for building structured, maintainable, and well-governed systems
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a global or fast-paced environment
