About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Personal Assistant who can manage administrative tasks, support daily operations, and ensure smooth communication across the team. This role requires strong English writing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties including email management, document handling, and data entry.
Draft, edit, and format agreements and professional documents.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and complete follow-ups.
Manage calendar updates, reminders, and deadlines.
Assist with light social media tasks, including posting, engagement, and content coordination.
Maintain organized digital filing systems and ensure information is up to date.
Liaise with clients and internal teams professionally and promptly.
Support management with ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong English writing and editing ability.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and handle a fast-paced workflow.
Experience with scheduling, email management, and administrative support.
Social media knowledge is an advantage.
Must be comfortable working US hours (4pm-12am SAST).
