Associate Product Manager - Customer Experience & Quality Assurance
Hours: Full time US (EST) working hours: 3pm-1pm/4pm-12am SAST
We're looking for a Associate Product Manager to join our team in a unique remote role that combines product management fundamentals with hands-on quality assurance and direct customer engagement. You'll have the opportunity to directly impact how our organizations operates and ultimately improve patient access to care. The ideal candidate is either someone aspiring to move into a Product Management role or someone in the early stages of their product career. They will be working directly with the CPO and CTO.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Delivery (50%)
- Execute comprehensive UAT across product releases
- Collaborate with engineering to identify and resolve quality issues
- Ensure features meet product specifications
Product Management & Strategy (35%)
- Partner with CPO on product strategy, including task definition, feature prioritization, and roadmap development
- Develop clear product documentation and comprehensive FAQs
Customer Feedback & Research (15%)
- Conduct check-in calls with healthcare admissions teams for feedback
- Process feature requests and work with Customer Success on key improvements
- Convert customer research into practical product recommendations
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience in technical role (development, IT, technical support, QA, or similar)
- 1+ years customer-facing experience
- Native-level English proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Required to work US EST hours
- Strong technical aptitude
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Project Management experience is a plus
- Healthcare industry knowledge is a plus
