Become an Outcoder as a Backend Developer

As a Senior Backend Developer at EX² Outcoding, your primary mission will be to develop and maintain high-quality applications utilizing the latest programming practices and modern technologies. This role places you at the forefront of creating technical solutions that drive our project goals, requiring a blend of architectural design, hands-on development, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for implementing and overseeing the development cycle processes, ensuring the highest quality in application development, including code review processes. Working within the Technology and Development Department, your role will not only demand technical excellence but also a collaborative spirit to work alongside various teams and stakeholders, both internal and external, to deliver seamless integrations and solutions.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• Proficiency in backend (and frontend) application development, with a strong preference for experience in Node.js.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and the ability to create modular, reusable, and scalable solutions.
• Experience with software development tools, quality control processes, and AWS development.
• Proficiency in version control tools and application deployment methodologies (DevOps), as well as Agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases, such as MySQL and MongoDB, and expertise in creating RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• An understanding of information security and data protection principles.

Desired Qualifications:

• A degree in Systems Engineering, System Administration, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in backend (and frontend) application development, at least 2 years in software architecture, and 1 year in team management.
