At EX Squared LATAM, we partner with innovative companies to build high-impact digital products. We are currently looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a U.S.-based client in the energy and grid services industry.

This role is ideal for a engineer who thrives in modernizing legacy systems, enhancing user experience, and contributing to scalable cloud-based solutions. You will play a key role in transforming an existing ASP.NET MVC application into a modern React-based experience while ensuring architectural integrity and performance.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

• Develop and maintain backend services using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC.

• Contribute to the migration of a complex ASP.NET MVC application into a modern React-based user interface.

• Analyze Figma designs and existing C# and Razor code to accurately map functionality.

• Build and integrate RESTful APIs to enable scalable communication between systems.

• Collaborate closely with technology leadership, DevOps, QA, and cross-functional teams.

• Provide technical insights to QA engineers regarding system behaviors and edge cases.

• Support cloud-based deployments in Azure environments.

• Continuously improve development processes and engineering best practices.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong experience building enterprise-level applications using React.

• Solid experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Razor views.

• At least 4+ years of professional experience in software development.

• Advanced English level: B2+/C1.

• Proven experience working with SQL databases and ORM tools, preferably Entity Framework.

• Experience working in Azure cloud environments.

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

• Passion for user experience and improving usability in complex systems.

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
