This is where you'll come in
You’llsit at the centre ofEverWell’sforecasting,budgetingand reporting processes — supporting both operational decision-making within the business and enterprise reporting intoEverCommerce.
You’llwork closely with the Head of Finance- Timelyand Senior Manager FP&A tomaintainoperating forecast models, support OneStream processes, deliver reporting and provide financial analysis that helps leaders make informed decisions quickly and confidently.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across financial modelling, reporting,systemsand operational finance in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
You’llhelp improve how we forecast,reportand manage performance — reducing duplication, improvingvisibilityand ensuring we have reliable financial information flowing through the business.
(Some) of what you'll do
Support preparation and maintenance ofEverWelloperating forecast models and annual budgets.
Maintain forecast drivers,assumptionsand run-rate tracking.
Support scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis to help leaders make operational decisions.
Prepare and execute OneStream forecast and budget loads.
Maintain and update PLP assumptions and submissions.
Reconcile operating model outputs to OneStream and reporting outputs.
Support monthly reporting, varianceanalysisand financial performance insights.
Work closely with the Head of Finance and Corporate FP&A to support reporting accuracy and governance requirements.
Help improve forecasting, reporting and modelling processes over time.
Support ad hoc financial analysis and modelling requests acrossEverWell.
What you'll bring
3–5+ years’ experience in FP&A, financial analysis or commercial finance roles.
Strong financial modelling and Excel capability.
Experience supporting budgeting,forecastingand reporting processes.
Experience working with financial planning or consolidation systems (e.g. OneStream, Adaptive,TM1).
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
High attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
Strong communicationand stakeholder management skills.
SaaS or subscription business experience preferred.
Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools beneficial.
