Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience
- Shipping ML/LLM features to millions of active users
- Proficient in Python/PyTorch and comfortable with the modern LLM stack
- Understanding of the 'Uncensored' challenge and technical rigor required to moderate it effectively
