EverAI is looking for a Tech Lead to own the architecture, training, and deployment of the LLM models that power their core product. The team processes 80 million tokens per day and is growing exponentially. This is a full-time remote position in Europe.
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience
- Proficiency in Python/PyTorch and modern LLM stack (vLLM, HuggingFace, fine-tuning pipelines, eval frameworks)
- Understanding of alignment and moderation in AI
- Ability to ship AI at scale and manage high-complexity challenges
